5 Things You Need To Know About French Montana

As I am sure many of you know, rumor is French Montana has spent quite a but of time with Khloe Kardashian. This is getting more and more people interested in just who this character is. First and foremost, he is a rapper. That is something he seems to put above all else. But what else is there about French Montana we do not know?  Well, probably a lot, which is why we decided to make this list about 5 things you didn’t know about French Montana.

Born in Morocco

Though you may think France or, well, Montana, but French Montana was born in Morocco and now calls the Bronx his home. I personally think Bronx Morocco is a better name, but that is just me.

He Got His Nickname Because He Spoke the Language

One of the languages French Montana spoke when he arrives in America was French, so people took to calling him that. It sort of stuck with him, and he decided to carry it over to his stage name. He also speaks Arabic, which is quite impressive. Multilingual rappers are gonna be huge in 2014. (Don’t hold me to that).

He Beefs with 50 Cent

Now a days, if you want to be a rapper worth his weight in street cred, you gotta have a beef (the urban term for a public disagreement) with another, well-known rapper. In this case, it is 50 Cent. The two have had quite a few heated exchanges, and this rivalry, though quite for some time, is said to be brewing just under the surface at all times. It’s no Biggie versus Tupac, but we will take it.

The First Thing He Ever Bought With His Riches Was A Rolls-Royce

The fact that he bought the vehicle when he made his first million is not that shocking. What is shocking is that he drove the car less than a thousand miles that year. In other words, he bought the car just to buy the car. We know cars are a major symbol of wealth, so we get it. But come on, man, that is a beautiful ride that needs to be experienced and not just stared at.

He May Have Been Shot In the Head

Some people say it happened, and some people say it was fabricated to help him with his rap career. Here’s the thing, I am not gonna question him about it. Are you? Yeah, didn’t think so. All I am saying is, when one of your job requirements to help sell records is getting shot, you may want to think a different career.
