Britney told UFC that she usually eats just one to two meals per day plus a protein shake. "That's what works for me," she said. She starts the morning with "The Green Drink," a "green veggie-packed powder mixed with water that is said to be the equivalent of 8 servings of veggies," she revealed. After her morning workout she will have a salad or sushi, "made with brown rice instead of the traditional white rice." Then, later in the day a protein shake mixed with almond milk. "I am a pescatarian so I naturally eat very healthy. I definitely always make sure to have a cheat day though!" she added to Women Fitness.

Brittney has omitted a few things from her diet. "I don't eat many carbs and try to stay away from sugar. I never eat French fries and I don't remember what a donut tastes like," she told UFC. "I'm half English, then French, Scots-Irish and German. So being half-English and having that European blood –my family is on the curvy side so I have to watch out for everything. I've discovered what is good for my body and what isn't. I thought drinking coconut water every day was the best thing for you but it's loaded with sugar. As soon as I stopped I noticed a difference."

Brittney gets her sweat on. "My body type is responsive to lots of cardio so I'll do an hour of cardio and some abs, or 30 minutes of cardio and some yoga," she told UFC.

Brittney revealed to Women Fitness that she maintains variety with exercise. "I change my workouts every day of the week. One day I will do spin, the next day I will work with my trainer, the next day I will take a boxing class, the next day I will do hot yoga, I think it's important to always shock your body!" she said.

Brittney prioritizes hydration. "Staying hydrated is key when traveling and can be work!" she told Women Fitness. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.
