Dua Lipa shower selfie sends fans wild over one detail

Dua Lipa’s fans are hung up on one detail in the background of one of the singer’s latest racy selfies.

The photo, originally posted by Lipa on Twitter but since deleted, shows the 27-year-old star posing in a bathroom wearing only an oversized T-shirt and high-cut underwear.

A shower screen is visible in the background – with what appear to be several streaky handprints on the glass.

That detail was enough to send some fans into wild speculation, suggesting the handprints were evidence that Dua and current squeeze, 41-year-old French director Romain Gavras, had been enjoying some … ahem, shower time together.

The photo caused quite the stir on Twitter – with many of the responses too graphic to share here.

Lipa and her new man made their red carpet debut at the Cannes Film Festival back in May.

Lipa was first linked to Gavras in February, after the pair left a party in London together.

The pair were later seen holding hands at Paris Fashion Week that same month.

In March, sources claimed that the duo had been “quietly getting to know each other for months” after her break-up from Anwar Hadid.

“Dua and Romain have been quietly getting to know each other for several months,” a source told The Sun at the time.

“They have been enjoying spending time together. The pair met each other’s close circles over the festive period and have lots in common.”

Prior to Gavras, Lipa dated Anwar Hadid, 23, the younger brother of models Gigi and Bella Hadid from 2019 until their split in January 2021.

Fast-forward to September 2022, Lipa sparked rumours she was dating Trevor Noah after being spotted out in New York with the comedian several times.

In December 2022, Lipa went on to briefly date rapper Jack Harlow after he wrote a song to the British-Albanian star entitled, appropriately enough, Dua Lipa.

For his part, Gavras previously dated singer Rita Ora for about six months in 2020.
